Malcolm Paul Herman
Malcolm P. Herman has over thirty four years of experience as a practicing attorney. He obtained his law degree from Gonville & Caius College at in Cambridge, England. He was admitted as a Solicitor of Supreme Court in England in 1974. He was admitted as an attorney in the State of Israel in 1979, where he worked in general practice. After moving to the United States in 1991, he was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992 and the Maryland State Bar in 1993. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice and the Montgomery County Bar Association. In 1997, he opened the Law Offices of Malcolm P. Herman in Rockville, Maryland and he has practiced law in Rockville since that date.
Malcolm P. Herman also specializes in chronic pain issues. He serves as legal advisor and is a director of Pain Connection – Chronic Pain Outreach Center, Inc. He also serves as a member of the Pain Community Advisory Council of the American Pain Foundation.
